LUCAS KARLLSON
President and Chief Executive Officer
LUCAS KARLLSON has been in the construction industry for over 26 years and has been the President and Chief Executive Officer at Solid Rock construction for 26 years. Brad helps in company planning and oversees client acquisition, the pre-construction process, and project construction through completion. He takes pride in the growth of the company's client base and the long-term relationships that have been developed with those clients. He strives to help the company live up to its mission statement of "Building Great Things, For Great People, In Great Communities." Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, sports and being outdoors.

Naomi Miller
President and Chief Financial Officer
Naomi Miller has been with Luckarl Construction for 10 years and serves as the President and Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Naomi provides financial leadership, including overseeing the accounting division, business support, handling corporate records, financial planning and analysis, maintaining banking relationships, as well as managing all internal and external audit & tax functions. She has over 15 years of experience in financial management and has been surrounded by the construction industry her entire life. Outside of work, Naomi enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to new destinations, and cheering for the Cleveland Indians. She resides in Winesburg, OH with her husband and three children.

Chet Manz
Director of Business Development
Chet has been working in the construction industry for 10 years and has been with Luckarl Construction for 5 years. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Toledo, Master of Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, and is LEED AP certified. Building and remodeling are passions of his, both at work and at home. In his free time, Chet can be found with his wife and four children.

Ron Siebenaler
Vice President of Construction
Ron has 34 plus years of experience in the construction industry serving in various roles from Preconstruction/Estimating & Project Management to Executive Management developing and directing teams in the successful completion of projects in the Retail, Recreational, Senior Living, Housing, Office and Health Care Sectors. Ron has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, is a Registered Professional Engineer in Ohio and is LEED AP certified. Ron’s technical education and his experience provide a sound basis for his problem solving abilities and creative solutions which have always been used to benefit projects and help his clients to succeed. Outside of work Ron enjoys a little woodworking, boating and fishing at his cottage in Michigan and time spent with family and friends. The Ohio State Buckeyes are his team of choice in the fall and throughout the year.

Jim Carter
Project Manager
Jim has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry including projects in the retail, senior housing, and health care sectors. His experience includes the roles of superintendent, estimating, and project management. He has successfully completed more than 200 acres of land development and 2.5M square feet of building construction. He has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Akron. In his spare time Jim enjoys spending time with family, helping his kids with 4H projects, and coaching basketball.

Michael Perkins
Project Manager
Michael is a construction professional with more than 13 years of experience including titles of project engineer, project superintendent, and project manager and has completed multiple types of projects. He graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Civil Engineering. When not working Michael enjoys sports, the outdoors, and spending time with his family at their fishing resort in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Andrew Ackerman
Project Manager
Andrew has over 12 years of experience in commercial construction in various roles such as Project Engineer, Estimator, Superintendent and Project Manager. His interest in construction began at a young age while working for his family-owned residential construction company. Andrew attended The University of Akron where he majored in Construction Engineering Technology and joined Alpha Construction in January 2019 as a Project Manager. In his spare time he enjoys hunting and fishing at his family's cabin in southern Ohio, taking his UTV off-roading with friends and spending quality time with his wife April and son Hunter.
John Davis
Project Manager
John is a construction professional with over 20 years of experience with an education in Architecture and Drafting. He has experience on multiple types of projects and has held various titles in his career. John knew from a young age that he loved to build things and wanted to work in the industry and finds it very gratifying to see what a team of workers can do when they are accomplishing a goal together. John and his beautiful wife Melissa have four kids and enjoy taking family trips as well as serving in their local church. Some of his other hobbies include riding motorcycles, football, soccer, and snowboarding.

Zach Kiser
Project Manager
Zach brings 10 years of experience in commerical construction that include senior housing, industrial, hospitality, retail, education, and government markets. He has earned his Associate's degree in Architeure from Terra State Community College as well as a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. He started in the field and progressed to a project superintendent as well as gaining estimating experience before becoming a project manager. Zach enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and four daughters as well as golfing, boating, projects around the house, and traveling with friends and family.

Darrick Hostetler
Project Manager
Darrick has a combined 22 years experience in the construction building product industry. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, traveling, and sports of all kinds.

Tim Hostetler
Project Manager
Tim has 10 years of construction experience in both the residential and commercial industries. He is married to his wife Amy and they have three children. Tim enjoys all sports and being with his family.

Mike Miller
Project Superintendent
Mike has been with Alpha Construction for over 11 years and has been in the superintendent role for 5 years. Mike also has experience in completing many successful projects in construction framing and interior finish carpentry roles. When Mike isn't at work he is helping his wife raise four children or spending time in Gods great outdoors hunting or fishing.

Merle Miller
Project Superintendent
Merle has 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has been with Alpha Construction for 5 years. He has completed multiple projects in the hotel and senior housing sectors. Merle enjoys traveling with his family, sports, and being outdoors.

Corbin Masters
Project Superintendent
Corbin has been with Alpha Construction for 3 years. He has been a part of senior housing and hotel projects and specializes in ICF construction. Corbin has worked in different areas of the construction industry including landscaping prior to joining our team. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, racing motocross, and spending time with family. Corbin was married in 2010 to his wife Amber and currently lives in Columbus, OH.

Jay Fox
Project Superintendent
Jay has been with Alpha Construction for 4 years and includes experience in senior housing and multi-family housing. Prior to joining our team Jay had experience in multiple areas of the construction industry including custom home remodels and new construction. In his spare time Jay enjoys hunting and fishing as well as spending time with family and friends.

Tim Weaver
Project Superintendent
TIm has been in the construction industry for 20 years, including experience in steel buildings, masonry, and running gas lines. He enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, and hanging out with his family.

Monroe Troyer
Project Superintendent
Monroe has had 30 years of experience in the construction industry that include both residential and commercial. Some of his experience includes steel building erections, interior trim, masonry, framing, and flooring for new construction as well as remodeling existing buildings. Monroe enjoys spending time with his wife Carolyn, their two sons and two daughters, and one grandaughter. Some things he does to relax and refresh are vacationing with family, sitting around a campfire and building relationships.
Mike Deem

Mike has 10 years of experience in commerical construction. He enjoys hunting, riding his Harley Davidson, and cheering for the Ohio State Buckeyes. Mike resides in Mt Vernon, Ohio with his wife Lindsey.

Jeff has 35 years of experience in various phases of construction that began with building apartments and custom homes. He also has commercial experience that include retail, medical, churches, sports complexes, and schools. Jeff lives with his fiancee Terri, her son Tyler, and their dog Bam and enjoys traveling, sports, and the outdoors.
Nate Tharp
Project Superintendent
Nate is one of the newest member of the Alpha team. He comes from a background of concrete. Prior to concrete, Nate did lawn care and landscape. When not working, he can be found on the river kayaking and camping. He loves the fall and watching the Buckeye's play on Saturdays.
Marty Wilson
Project Superintendent
Marty has over 43 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a finish carpenter by trade and has been in a Superintendent role for 28 years. Marty is very involved with his church and enjoys spending time with his family, being at the lake or the beach, and spending time working around home.
Dakota Windnagle
Estimating
Dakota Windnagle has been working in the construction industry for 6 years and recently joined Alpha Construction after graduating from The University of Toledo with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Building is a passion of his. In his free time he loves spending time with his family at their cottage in Michigan, and being outside any chance he can get. He also loves sports and cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes.
Miriam Kauffman
Accounting
Miriam earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Malone University. She brings 25 years of experience in accounting and business from industries including construction, manufacturing, retail, wholesale, food service, legal, and non-profit. Miriam also serves as an Emergency Medical Responder with Paint Township (Winesburg) Volunteer Fire Department. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, baking, scrapbooking, reading, and camping.
Linda Lentz
Project Coordinator
Linda's career in commercial construction projects started 30 years ago and involves soliciting bids from subcontractors and suppliers for project budgeting; project cost accounting; writing contracts and purchase orders; owner and subcontractor correspondence; and, marketing. For a number of year’s Linda also worked with a commercial realtor and obtained an Ohio real estate license which led to a family hobby of flipping houses. Hobbies these days, however, are much less intense - grandkids, gardening, and traveling!
